Joyce Lee - General Manager, Cluster Lead Taiwan & Hong Kong - MODERNA

As General Manager of Moderna Taiwan, Joyce Lee brings over 20 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Joyce previously held senior leadership roles across various markets and functions, including general management, marketing, commercial strategy & operations, and sales.

Joyce has a proven track record of success in leading diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver strong financial results – with six consecutive years of double-digit annual growth in her previous roles. Before joining Moderna, Joyce was General Manager for Amgen Taiwan and held roles as General Manager for BMS Taiwan and Singapore.

Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from National Taiwan University, an EMBA degree from National Cheng Chi University. She also completed General Management Program from CEDEP/INSEAD Fontainebleau, France in 2017/2018.
